If you visited the ticket office on Saturday, the more observant of you will have seen a new map displayed on the wall.

This map has been designed and printed by the Nottingham based Art Department using innovative digital imaging and printing technology.

The 3D map shows all the main points of interest round The City Ground with the aim of improving the visitor experience.

The Art Department's senior project consultant Martin Margerrison explained:

" Following extensive research and development our "Eagle-i" system offers a major advance in providing important information to visitors.

"Site plans are seen in 3 dimensional image, thereby aiding visitor orientation and way finding in a manner unseen before.

"Map locations show accurate replicas of buildings and features giving a much better idea of distance and scale."

If you have family or friends visiting The City Ground for the first time they will get a good idea of where to park and where the Club shop is as well as other important facilities.

Forest are the first professional club to adopt Eagle-I - with The New Wembley Stadium and the Emirates now showing an interest in developing this.
