After a slow first half Nottingham Forest changed the game completely with what proved to be the winner early in the second half.
Forest were the better side in the first half but the final ball failed them and they were unable to get on the scoresheet. But they took the lead early in the second half and the goal changed the game completely. Forest looked full of confidence and with Swindon being forced to attack it was a much more open game.
