Nottingham Forest have it all to do again after Lincoln City held them to a 1-1 draw in the first round of the FA Cup.
The first half was all Forest's and they looked comfortable with their one-goal lead until an own goal from Kelvin Wilson put the teams back on level terms towards the end of the half.
Forest had a fight on their hands in the second half and were unable to break Lincoln down. Both sides came close to scoring but the two keepers made good saves.
Junior Agogo saw an opportunity in the opening minute when he found himself in space and, on the turn and on the volley, shot from 30 yards out and was just wide. This was followed by two easy saves from corners by Alan Marriott.
Dany N'Guessan had a chance for Lincoln which caused Paul Smith a momentary problem when he initially failed to get hold of the ball but grabbed it as it bounced back at him.
There was more good play from Forest with a good cross from Nathan Tyson to Agogo at the near post but he was denied by the challenge of Daniel Hone, who put the ball out for another Forest corner.
Some good build-up play led to Forest's first goal when Tyson crossed to Kris Commons, whose shot found Agogo. His header looked like it had gone over the line before Marriott tried to clear but Lewis McGugan made sure and fired into the roof of the net.
They came close to a second when Sammy Clingan made a surging run and sent the ball wide to Commons who picked Agogo out but his header from 12 yards out bounced off the crossbar.
Lincoln equalised when Paul Green sent a low cross in to the near post where Kelvin Wilson stuck out a leg and diverted the ball past Smith and into the Forest net for an own goal.
The home side played their best football of the half in the closing minutes and when the ball went across the six-yard box Ian Breckin made a great save, heading the ball over the crossbar for a Lincoln corner.
Lincoln started the second half well and N'Guessan gave Forest problems with his pace down both sides. He forced a good save from Smith, diving low to his right to turn the ball round the post for a corner.
As Lincoln continued to pressurise Forest, Louis Dodds' shot was blocked well from the edge of the box by Luke Chambers.
Forest should have taken the lead when Commons put a nice ball through to Agogo who, one-on-one with the keeper, shot wide from the edge of the penalty area.
And they had another chance with a stunning strike by Commons from 30 yards, which had the keeper beaten but crashed off the crossbar.
Agogo received a standing ovation from the Forest fans when he was replaced by Arron Davies with 15 minutes to go.
There were five minutes of extra time following a long break for Lee Frecklington to receive treatment after which he was eventually substituted.
The stoppage took the urgency out of Forest's play until McGugan fired in a low cross which was cleared into the side netting for a corner. And then Breckin got his head to the ball forcing a good save from Marriott.
But Forest were unable to get a late winner and Lincoln earned a replay at The City Ground.
