Sherwood Signs Off
After a long hard summer of jetting round the globe having a well deserved rest, Sherwood the Bear has decided that it is all getting a bit too much for such an old bear.
Sherwood has decided that next season he is going to step down as official Club mascot and hand over the reins to a good friend, Robin Hood.
As Sherwood calls time on his City Ground career it paved the way for a new mascot to fill his boots, and who better than Robin.

A life long Forest fan, who better than Robin Hood to succeed Sherwood and, as such a well recognised personality in the City, Robin jumped at the chance to become the new Nottingham Forest official mascot.
A jet-lagged Sherwood would like to take this opportunity to thank all his fans and friends who have supported him over the years and is quick to point out that he believes Robin was the perfect man for the job. He would also like to give a special mention to all his friends in the Junior Reds, who will receive a personal thank you in the coming weeks.
Robin will lead the team out for the first time on August 11th when Forest open the curtain on the new League One season against AFC Bournemouth.
Tickets are on sale from the Forest Ticket office or can be purchased online at www.nottinghamforest.co.uk or by phoning 0871 226 1980.
