Superb Response From Reserves
Nottingham Forest reserve coach John Pemberton was delighted at the way his young Championship-winning side responded to having their reputation put on the line against Wolves.
Despite creating a lot of chances Forest found themselves two goals down at half-time but responded superbly to maintain their unbeaten run in the Pontins Central League.
Said Pemberton: "It was difficult to accept that we found ourselves trailing by a couple of goals but the lads deserve tremendous credit for the way they fought back to get level and then go on and win the game.
"I still don't know how we failed to make a breakthrough ourselves in the first half but we dominated in the second and could have had more goals to show for our efforts.
"There's a determination among the players to continue performing to the standard we have achieved all season and it would mean a lot to them if they could go through our fixtures unbeaten."
